Job summary

Evergen, a global CDMO in regenerative medicine, seeks a hands-on Commercial Operations Manager for the Cortiva Business Unit. You will own forecasting, pricing, reporting, CLM implementation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, data analytics, or related field.
5+ years of commercial, sales, or sales support experience, including 2+ years leading teams.
Experience owning forecasting and BI reporting for a commercial organization.
Experience managing GPO and IDN contracts and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Commercial Operations team while owning day-to-day deliverables.
Run monthly and long-range forecasting processes for Base + Growth + Churn framework.
Own the BI environment and governance of Power BI reports and data models.
Champion AI and automation to streamline workflows with Copilot and Power Automate.
Lead the CLM program rollout and data migration efforts across contracts and pricing.
Manage ERP data governance, pricing, and territory data in the ERP system.
Oversee CRM/pipeline management and territory analytics for leadership insights.
Support field inventory operations and field feedback through EvergenConnect app.
