Job summary

Centivo is transforming healthcare affordability for self-funded employers. We seek a Commercial Operations Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives—from discovery to adoption—across Sales, Client Success, Implementation, Marketing, and more, blending PM, BA, process design, and change enablement.

The role requires driving end-to-end delivery, building comprehensive project plans, managing risks, and creating scalable operating processes with training materials to support Centivo’s growth.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in commercial operations, business operations, project management, business analysis, or process improvement.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with requirements gathering and workflow analysis.
• Experience building current- and future-state process maps, RAID/decision logs, and managing dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Experience coordinating UAT and implementation readiness and developing SOPs or training materials.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and meetings across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional Commercial initiatives from discovery through implementation and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans in Smartsheet with milestones, owners, dependencies, and timelines.
• Establish governance, meeting cadences, status reporting, and risk/issue tracking.
• Capture requirements, translate them into functional specs, and document acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate testing, readiness activities, and post-launch stabilization.
