Job summary

The successful candidate will have over 15 years in commercial management, ideally within infrastructure projects.

The position offers the opportunity to work on a transformative $7.7B project aimed at enhancing rapid transit access while ensuring compliance with Civil Rights obligations and financial accuracy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in commercial or contract management in construction.
• 7+ years on large heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Civil Rights Compliance and DBE participation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial matters including contracts and procurement.
• Identify and analyze commercial risks and liabilities.
• Support negotiation and resolution of contract disputes.
