Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10 years of experience in design management and contract administration or equivalent.
• Experience with commercial and contractual processes in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing complex contracts and resolving disputes effectively.
• Clear idea articulation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience analyzing problems, forecasting risks, and implementing solutions.
• Experience with invoice review, audit support, and grants management.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts ensuring compliance and performance.
• Manage contract modifications, change orders, and claims resolution.
• Serve as primary interface for commercial and contractual challenges during design progression.
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support dispute resolution and DRB processes.
• Review invoices and deliverables for contract compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Legal on contract actions.
• Maintain records for audits, grants, and closeout.
• Trend and manage E&O activities and commercial impacts on design packages.
• Prepare weekly performance updates for leadership.
• Lead development and maintenance of project risk registers.
• Support negotiations for contract changes and variations.
• Manage design issues impacting construction packages.
