HDR is seeking a Building Engineering Services North America Commercial Management Lead to oversee contract management, risk management, and project accounting on complex projects across North America. You will lead diverse teams, coordinate with Project Managers, and ensure compliance with prime and subcontract documents.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, 10+ years in the field, professional registration, and a commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
• Master's degree preferred for leadership roles in which core service is technical design

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with contract documents and improvements to administration
• Administer subcontracts and flow down to subcontractors
• Manage changes and contract amendments as needed
• Assist in risk management, change orders, and governance
• Prepare reports and oversee project controls and schedules
• Lead and mentor diverse teams across locations
