The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years in commercial management within the energy services or construction industry, with a proven track record in large-scale contracts and risk management. Travel to project sites is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in commercial management in energy/services or construction.
• Proven track record managing large-scale commercial contracts and projects.
• Strong understanding of contract law, terms, and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize profitability.
• Negotiate, draft, and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project performance against budgets and schedules; address deviations or risks.
• Manage change orders and claims to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for projects.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and operations teams for smooth execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and support bid/proposal efforts.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethics.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior commercial staff as required.
