• Prepare, process, review, close, and service commercial and small business loans.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for assigned clients.
• Support portfolio retention and growth and coordinate lending, deposit, and related business banking solutions with internal partners.
• Ensure loans are structured, documented, funded, serviced, and reviewed per credit approvals and policy.
• Exercise independent judgment and partner with lending and risk personnel.
• Assist with annual reviews and renewals; after-sales service, including payoff, payment processing.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience while protecting the organization and portfolio profitability.

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Loan Processor to join their client's dynamic team in Modesto. This role is pivotal in supporting the full commercial lending relationship lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and small business loans and will be responsible for preparing, processing, reviewing, closing, and servicing these loans.

Responsibilities

• Support the full commercial lending relationship lifecycle by preparing, processing, reviewing, closing, and servicing commercial and small business loans.
• Combine loan operations expertise with relationship management responsibilities, serving as a responsive point of contact for assigned members.
• Support portfolio retention and growth and coordinate customized lending, deposit, and related business banking solutions with internal partners.
• Ensure loans are structured, documented, funded, serviced, and reviewed in accordance with credit approvals, credit union policy, and applicable federal and state requirements.
• Exercise independent judgment and partner with lending and risk personnel.
• Assist with annual reviews and renewals and provide timely after-sales service, including payoff, payment, and line of credit advance processing.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience while protecting the credit union and supporting the quality and profitability of the commercial loan portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of similar or related experience in commercial and SBA lending, compliance, and documentation regulations.
• 8+ years of similar or related experience in business banking.
• A bachelor's degree in management, accounting, finance, or related courses, completion of a specialized study at school, or extensive in-house training.
• Ability to make decisions and use good judgment and ingenuity.
• Proven and successful track record of achieving results, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Monday through Friday

Benefits

The role offers a competitive pay range from $32 to $40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
