Job summary

The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and at least 5 years in commercial lending. Location options include Rowland Heights or nearby Irvine, Arcadia, and Alhambra.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, accounting, finance, or related field required.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or portfolio management required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; proficiency on core banking systems with CSI preferred; familiarity with LaserPro.
• Detail oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
• Fluency in a second language, particularly Mandarin, preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate the execution of commercial loan documentation using LaserPro and other approved systems.
• Manage the accurate and timely boarding of new loans, renewals, extensions, modifications, advances, and other loan transactions to the Bank’s core system.
• Perform post-closing and servicing activities, including maintenance of loan records and payoff statements.
• Serve as a key quality-control point for loan operations by reviewing boarding, transactions, and exception reports.
