Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience producing and managing commercial loans in a banking environment.
• Deep knowledge of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and commercial loan structure.
• Experience with asset-based lines of credit, equipment lending, and real estate financing.
• Proficiency with financial spreading and loan underwriting tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to growth and market share expansion of the Sandy market.
• Partner with retail banking management in the branch and engage with clients to determine loan needs.
• Interview loan applicants, collect documents, and process applications.
• Evaluate credit, prepare loan proposals, and coordinate closing with the credit department.
• Maintain client account records and manage a portfolio while ensuring compliance.
