• Maintain close communication with attorneys.
• Ensure proper signatures, disbursements and documentation.
• Audit loan packages for compliance with timelines.
• Upload loan documents to imaging software.
• Provide payoffs and loan verifications.
• Assist CRE department with renewals and liens.
