Qualifications

• 6+ years of litigation experience.

• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience managing litigation matters independently.
• Supervisory and mentoring experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation.
• Handle trials, hearings, discovery and motion practice.
• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Work with expert witnesses.
• Develop case strategy and provide commercial legal advice.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys.
• Manage client relationships, deadlines and significant case responsibilities.
