• Prior litigation experience in state or federal courts

The majority of cases in this docket are high-exposure and require above-average legal acumen, problem solving abilities and strategic thinking.

About the Role

Our litigation attorneys are comfortable communicating with in-house counsel, are intellectually flexible, able to react to a litigation landscape that can change rapidly. The desired skills include:

• Intellectual flexibility

• Demonstrated ability to depose a range of expert witnesses
• Have significant experience participating in facilitations and mediations
• Trial representation

You will work closely with a collaborative team of seasoned litigation attorneys and practice in both state and federal courts. You will also be provided the ability to participate in business development training and legal development, while enjoying a flexible work schedule.
