Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group, a fast-growing litigation firm, seeks an experienced Business Litigation Attorney to independently manage complex business disputes from inception through trial. You will provide high-level legal analysis, draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and guide cases from pre-litigation to trial while maintaining client relationships and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license preferred.
• 3+ years of business/commercial litigation experience.
• Strong command of civil litigation procedures in state and federal courts.
• Experience with breach of contract, shareholder/partnership disputes, and torts.
• Trial preparation and courtroom experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level legal advice and analysis in complex business litigation.
• Offer strategic input on case development, motions, and trial prep.
• Advise on declaratory judgment actions in state and federal courts.
