We seek an experienced Business Litigation Attorney to lead commercial disputes from inception through trial, applying strong writing, analytical skills, and independent case management

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school is required.
• Active Texas Bar license preferred.
• 3+ years of business/commercial litigation experience.
• Strong civil litigation procedure knowledge (state and federal).
• Experience with breach of contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, and torts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level legal advice in complex litigation, especially business disputes.
• Guide case development, motions, and trial preparation.
• Handle declaratory judgment actions in state and federal courts.
• Manage cases from pre-litigation through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and dispositive motions.
• Conduct legal research, depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff when needed.
• Maintain client communications on case developments and risks.
