Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is seeking an experienced Litigation Counsel for a hybrid or fully remote arrangement, based in the greater New York City area or Connecticut. The attorney will join the Consumer Financial Services Litigation Group, handling cases from inception to resolution with independence and growing expertise.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of commercial litigation, with pleadings, discovery and trial prep, and NY and/or CT admission (NJ/MA a plus).

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of commercial litigation experience.
  • Litigation experience including drafting pleadings, discovery and trial preparation.
  • Admitted to practice in NY and/or CT; NJ or MA bar admissions a plus.
  • Experience in consumer finance related litigation is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in consumer financial services litigation from inception to resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Financial Services Litigation Group to manage cases and strategy.
