Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters (contracts, business torts, IP disputes, employment litigation).
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and co-counsel to develop case strategy and theories.
• Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial testimony.
• Conduct discovery and e-discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
• Review and analyze contracts and other legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in ADR processes.
• Stay current on developments in commercial law and regulations.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
