Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently manage commercial litigation matters from pre-suit strategy through discovery, motion practice, settlement, trial preparation, and appeal as appropriate.
• Represent businesses and business owners in complex commercial disputes.
• Advise clients regarding contracts, operating agreements, leases, and other business-related matters.
• Develop litigation strategies and provide practical legal guidance to clients.
• Handle client communications and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare matters for settlement, mediation, and trial.
• Manage cases effectively while maintaining high-quality legal work and client service.
