• 5-7 years’ experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Must be admitted to the bar in the state New Jersey.
• Must have New Jersey State court experience.

Responsibilities

• Handling all aspects of commercial litigation, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing discovery and handling discovery disputes, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, day-to-day case management, and client management.
• Appear before state and federal courts of New Jersey and arbitrations.
