Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation from inception to resolution.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other filings.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Manage discovery, including depositions, document review, and motion practice.
• Communicate with clients and provide strategic legal counsel.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and court appearances.
