Protouch Staffing's client, a well-established law firm in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Litigation Associate with 5–10 years of commercial litigation experience to manage matters from inception through resolution.

The successful candidate will hold North Carolina bar admission (South Carolina bar a plus), demonstrate strong legal research and writing, manage discovery and hearings, and communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel; experience in landlord representation or real estate

Qualifications

5-10 years of substantive commercial litigation experience.
Active NC Bar admission required.
Experience with landlord representation, real estate litigation, or property management matters is a plus.
Experience managing litigation matters through resolution.

Responsibilities

Handle commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Manage discovery, depositions, hearings, negotiations, and other litigation activities.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
Assist with landlord representation, real estate litigation, and property-related matters.
Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy and client matters.
