Protouch Staffing's client, a well-established law firm in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Litigation Associate with 5–10 years of commercial litigation experience to manage matters from inception through resolution.

The successful candidate will hold North Carolina bar admission (South Carolina bar a plus), demonstrate strong legal research and writing, manage discovery and hearings, and communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel; experience in landlord representation or real estate

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of substantive commercial litigation experience.
• Active NC Bar admission required.
• Experience with landlord representation, real estate litigation, or property management matters is a plus.
• Experience managing litigation matters through resolution.
