Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management experience or 7+ years in insurance
• Thorough knowledge of broker services and client needs
• Active insurance licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business, ensuring retention
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and service requests
• Resolve complex issues and ensure accuracy
• Lead account management team workflows
• Renewals, policy expirations, and submissions
• Monitor accounts and colleagues to ensure timely completion
• Maintain agency systems and carrier platforms
