Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage a book of business, ensure client retention, and coordinate day-to-day account service. You will resolve complex issues, oversee renewals, and act as a SME for the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management experience or 7+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues and ensure no errors or omissions.
• Serve as subject matter expert for the account management team.
• Maintain policy expirations, renewals, and carrier relationships.
• Monitor accounts receivable and timely action on delinquencies.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the team.
• Seek best practices to improve performance and results.
