Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial clients, providing responsive and knowledgeable service.
• Coordinate policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and other account activity.
• Review client coverage needs and support the development of appropriate insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal agency partners.
• Monitor account details, documentation, and deadlines to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Support retention and growth by identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and coverage programs.
