Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management Experience.
• Proficiency in Applied Systems, electronic signature platforms, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned book of business.
• Assess renewal requests for compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• Work with Account Associates on binding coverage, invoicing, and collecting premiums.
• Focus on client retention and collaborate with Sales Consultant to maintain high retention.
• Manage requests and correspondence for assigned clients; cover desks as needed.
• Stay informed about rates, forms, coverage changes, and submissions process.
