Job Description

Job Title: Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager | Hybrid

Job Location: Tulsa, OK

Salary Range: $65,000 to $100,000, based on experience, skills, and licenses

This position can be fully remote with occasional visits to the office for the right candidate. You will work with an established small business book of business, providing coverage consultations, advising on concerns, and cross-selling and upselling when appropriate. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience servicing commercial insurance accounts, holds a P&C license, and possesses expert knowledge of insurance products and documents.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage an assigned book of business, including renewals, summaries, issuing binders, certificates, policies, proposals, and other documents within designated timelines.
  2. Conduct consultative conversations with clients to establish and maintain carrier and client relationships.
  3. Obtain renewal quotes from existing carriers, complete renewal processes, and handle non-renewals and cancellations for cause; prepare marketing submissions as needed.
  4. Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and support miscellaneous duties as requested.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or account management within the insurance industry.
  • Property/Casualty License (all lines).
  • Knowledge of insurance products, documents, and usages.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Applied/EPIC or AMS360 is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to pursue continuing education, industry designations, or a college degree.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
