The role requires a PA Property and Casualty license and at least five years of agency or company experience, with strong skills in policy analysis, rating software, and client communication.

Qualifications

• PA State Property and Casualty license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ agency or company experience in commercial lines.
• Knowledge of Commercial Lines Manual and coverage forms.
• Understanding of rate making and ability to operate rating software.

Responsibilities

• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations using agency management systems and carrier portals.
• Provide front line service for book of business and respond to client needs promptly.
• Analyze policy coverage and rates; implement appropriate changes.
• Coordinate marketing and placement of coverage as directed by Account Executive.
• Maintain underwriting, rating, and marketing materials and distribute information within the agency.
