Countybank Insurance in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service and manage a diverse book of business. The role focuses on renewals, new business, underwriting support, and cross-selling to grow profitability.

You will interact with clients, carriers and producers to deliver superior service in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field, a valid P&C license, and at least 10 years of commercial insurance

Qualificações

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
• 10 years minimum of experience in commercial insurance customer service.
• Property and Casualty license required.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and ability to communicate with clients and underwriters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with clients by phone, email or in person to provide information on products and services.
• Retain book of business and assist other staff as needed.
• Prepare marketing information for accounts and coordinate renewals with clients and producers.
• Assist brokers in niche markets such as bonds, construction, transportation and property management.
• Monitor market changes and carrier downgrades impacting clients.
• Remarket and monitor premium and form changes; liaison with carriers to resolve issues.
• Execute client service plans with quarterly reviews including claim reviews and risk management surveys.
• Prepare renewal proposals and schedule meetings for large accounts; support brokers with presentations.
• Document conversations and actions in AMS360; keep contact info updated.
• Refer unresolved grievances to appropriate team members; manage endorsements.
