Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking or related field required.
• Minimum 5-10 years commercial lending experience; loan structuring and credit analysis responsibilities.
• Extensive knowledge of bank products, lending regulations and policies; familiarity with local business community.
• Strong sales, interpersonal and negotiating skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop consultative relationships with prospects and clients to deliver appropriate banking solutions.
• Actively participate in a business development plan to expand loan and deposit portfolio.
• Underwrite loan requests within bank policy; ensure complete and accurate packages for Credit.
• Manage and service a commercial loan portfolio; ensure documentation is complete.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies.
