Responsibilities

• Structure transactions and review financial statements.
• Conduct due diligence, assess credit risk and prepare deal presentations.
• Monitor loan covenants and coordinate with team for required information.
• Assist in underwriting tasks including cash flow and trend analysis.
• Read and analyze personal and business financial statements as needed.
