Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of commercial lending experience (C&I and CRE).
• Proven track record of originating $15MM+ in annual loan production.
• Strong understanding of commercial credit analysis and loan structuring.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Originate new C&I and CRE loan relationships through active business development efforts.
• Maintain loan production with a target of $15MM+ in annual new originations.
• Structure and present commercial credit requests in accordance with bank credit policy.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial loan relationships.
• Monitor borrower performance and identify emerging credit risks.
• Partner with credit administration and portfolio management on underwriting and loan monitoring.
• Prepare credit memorandums, loan proposals, and related documentation.
• Ensure loans meet all regulatory, compliance, and documentation standards.
• Represent the bank in community and business development activities.
