Qualifications

• Ability to analyze financial statements, tax returns, and complex credit structures.
• Knowledge of state and federal compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed production and activity goals; grow loan/deposit portfolio.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand markets and penetration.
• Evaluate feasibility of new lending products and enhancements.
• Assess and quantify lending risk from financial documents and appraisals.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
