Responsibilities

• Inherit and manage an established commercial loan portfolio of approximately $30 million.
• Retain and expand existing commercial banking relationships.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Evaluate borrowers' financial condition, cash flow, collateral, and creditworthiness.
• Structure loan solutions balancing customer needs with prudent risk management.
• Prepare and present credit requests for approval.
• Monitor portfolio quality, documentation, covenant compliance, and renewals.
• Identify deposit, treasury management, and other banking opportunities.
• Collaborate with credit, operations, retail banking, and senior leadership.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to lending team members.
• Maintain knowledge of commercial lending regulations, market conditions, and industry trends.
