Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial lending experience in banking.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow a loan portfolio.
• Strong network across the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
• Experience originating and managing CRE and C&I lending relationships.
• Solid credit underwriting and financial analysis skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory lending policies and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to build a portfolio from scratch and foster long-term client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.

• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial lending relationships throughout the DFW market
• Originate commercial loans with emphasis on being a generalist (CRE and C&I)
• Target lending opportunities generally ranging from $1MM to $15MM in size

• Partner with clients to bring deposit relationships alongside lending opportunities
