Job summary

The Agency, a well-established community-focused bank, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lender to drive growth in its commercial banking division in Temple, Texas. You will develop new relationships, underwrite tailored credit solutions, and manage a growing loan portfolio.

Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years in commercial banking, proven ability to close $15M+ annually, and strong financial analysis and credit skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial banking or lending.
• Proven ability to generate and close $15M+ in annual loan volume.
• Experience originating and structuring C&I and CRE loans.
• Established local business network.
• Strong financial analysis and credit underwriting skills.

Responsibilities
