Job summary

AutoZone in Memphis seeks a Lease Administration professional to perform high-level abstracting of commercial real estate documents and accurate data entry into Lucernex and Microsoft tools. You will respond to queries, maintain data integrity, and support rent runs as needed.

You will work with the Property Management Manager to ensure alignment on project progress, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills. The role emphasizes detail orientation and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of Commercial Lease Administration experience.
• Extensive experience working with Commercial Real Estate documents, essential data entry skills and familiarity with database software such as Lucernex, Excel and other Microsoft products.
• Very detail-oriented and able to ensure accuracy in all duties
• Familiar with administrative duties
• Maintain and respect confidentiality requirements
• Strong organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Great communication skills and a team player

Responsibilities

• Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files.
• Communicating with Property Management Manager to ensure continued alignment on project progress.
• Strong ownership of Property Management system data integrity.
• Providing general Lease Administration and Property Management support.
