Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Lease Administrator to oversee lease administration and lease accounting for a large portfolio. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity across diverse properties, coordinating with Asset Management, Property Management, Legal, Leasing, and Facilities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial lease administration, strong GAAP lessee knowledge, and experience managing large retail, mixed-use, or industrial

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate lease administration experience.
• Experience with large portfolios (retail/mixed-use/industrial).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP lease accounting for lessees.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of lease administration for a multi-property portfolio.
• Review and interpret lease abstracts, amendments, renewals, assignments, and terminations.
• Ensure lease data entry and maintenance in lease administration systems.
• Monitor critical dates, rent commencement, renewal options, and obligations.
• Administer CAM, tax, insurance, and utility recoveries.
• Prepare CAM reconciliations and estimated CAM charges.
• Validate tenant charges and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Legal, Leasing, Property Management, and Asset Management.
• Conduct lease audits and compliance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP lease accounting standards and company policies.
