In this role you will manage 30–45 accounts worth about $0.9–1.0 million, supervise a small team, and drive landscape enhancement projects. A strong service mindset and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in commercial landscape industry.
• Experience managing people, crews and subcontractors.
• Experience with landscape enhancement sales and proposals.
• Strong client-service and relationship-building skills.
• Organized with follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Coachable, energetic leadership and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and serve as the primary contact.
• Maintain a regular schedule of client/site visits to ensure service quality.
• Recommend improvements and service solutions aligned with client priorities and budgets.
• Identify, estimate, present, and sell landscape enhancements.
• Lead resolution of client concerns and follow-up with operations teams.
• Manage renewals and support revenue, retention, and enhancement goals.
• Coordinate with maintenance, irrigation, plant health care, and other teams.
• Provide direction to irrigation technicians and collaborate with crews.
• Maintain accurate account information, schedules, and communications.
• Promote safe work practices and accountability for service quality.
