The Account Manager is responsible for client satisfaction, contract retention, enhancement sales, service quality, safety, and the financial performance of assigned accounts.
This position is ideal for a responsive, accountable leader who understands commercial landscape operations, builds trust with clients, and follows through on commitments.
This role requires flexibility. Snow management is an essential responsibility and may require work outside normal business hours, including evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays when weather conditions require a response.
