Job summary

Whaley Foodservice, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain, service, and repair commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration assets across sites. The role requires diagnosing issues, performing timely repairs, and keeping customers informed of progress.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for parts orders and repairs with branch support and customers.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet safety standards.
• Meets on-call requirements.
