Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial foodservice installation experience.
- 3+ years of install/setup/commissioning of commercial cooking equipment.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
Responsibilities
- Install, set up, and commission commercial cooking equipment per manufacturer specs.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and manuals for proper placement and functionality.
- Ensure gas, electrical, and mechanical connections meet code.
- Test operation and adjust equipment as needed.
- Troubleshoot in the field to complete projects on time.
- Provide professional customer service and assist on-site coordination.
