Insight Global in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to serve as the primary service contact for commercial line clients. You will oversee renewals, coverage analysis, carrier negotiations, and day-to-day policy servicing, collaborating with client advisors and account teams.

The role blends technical insurance work with strategic client planning and hands-on relationship management. A Property & Casualty license in Ohio and 2+ years of related experience are required.

Formación

• 2+ years in client relationship management within Commercial Line insurance.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and guaranteed cost programs
• Active Property & Casualty license (Ohio)
• Has managed a book of business (Ownership; not shared books)
• Medical insurance
• Life insurance

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate exposures, obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and finalize carrier offerings
• Lead risk analysis, gather client information, and provide technical coverage recommendations
• Determine markets aligned with carrier strategy
• Prepare and deliver strategic renewal materials and carrier submissions
• Bind coverage, review binding documents, and ensure accuracy
• Maintain accurate account, policy, and contact data within EPIC
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, proofs of insurance
• Generate standard client and carrier communications (BORs, proposals, pre-renewal letters, etc.)
