Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry
• Required active licensing (P&C)
• Professional designation (CIC or equivalent) preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Technical competence: maintain industry knowledge and expertise
• Lead daily activities of the account management team
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis
• Manage policy expirations and renewals
• Conduct client submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms
• Ensure timely completion of activities and clear workload status communication
• Deliver proactive service and respond quickly to service requests
• Stay compliant with company policies and procedures
• Seek best practices to improve performance
• Demonstrate integrity and leadership
