Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, responsive service to clients and internal teams
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements and manage certificates/documents
• Assist or lead new and renewal business processes and prepare proposals
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems and monitor activities
• Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure adherence to policies and minimize errors/omissions exposure
