Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to support client services, policy administration and renewal activities. This role offers opportunities across multiple experience levels and requires 2–5 years of commercial insurance experience with an active P&C license.

Ideal candidates will manage endorsements, certificates, billing and data in our systems, while delivering proactive service and accurate documentation. This position may be hybrid in California.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of commercial insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to work across multiple accounts and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, responsive service to clients and internal teams.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements; manage certificates, IDs, binders, invoices.
• Assist or lead new and renewal business processes; prepare submissions and proposals.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems; monitor activities and ensure timely task completion.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections.
