Job summary

BlueHat Mechanical is seeking Top Level Technicians with extensive experience in Commercial HVAC Service, especially in commercial and industrial settings. The ideal candidate is not afraid of hard work, leads by example, and does not compromise on quality.

You will diagnose and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with replacements while mentoring junior technicians and delivering exceptional customer service on customer sites across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience.
• EPA 608 CFC Certification required.
• High school diploma and post-high school HVAC/R program.
• Clean driving record and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment, communicate with customer and service manager, document work.
• Perform preventive maintenance using electronic checklists and present findings.
• Assist with replacing equipment, lead replacement team, and train customers on new equipment.
• Mentor junior technicians and set a high standard for quality.
