Job summary

Blueprint Search Group is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Field Service Technician to join our team. The role involves traveling to customer sites to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in working with chillers, boilers, and refrigeration systems is essential. The position offers competitive pay between $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, a company vehicle, tools, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with chillers and boilers preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations for maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and correct equipment malfunctions.
