BlueHat Mechanical is seeking skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team in the Raleigh, NC area. You will service a wide variety of commercial HVAC equipment and contribute to high-quality workmanship while building relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service, repair, and maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Complete electronic service documentation.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations with customers.
• Maintain a professional, safety-focused attitude while representing BlueHat Mechanical.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll service and maintain a wide variety of commercial HVAC equipment, including:

• Packaged rooftop units
• Split systems
• Heat pumps
• Commercial refrigeration equipment
• VAV systems
• VRF systems
• Controls and other commercial HVAC equipment

No residential work.

Our customers include:

• Manufacturing facilities
• Distribution centers
• Cold storage
• Healthcare
• Pharmaceutical
• Government
• Educational facilities

Job Responsibilities

• $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
• $1,000+ Signing Bonus*
