Job summary

BlueHat Mechanical in Apex, NC is seeking skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to service and maintain a wide variety of commercial HVAC equipment, including packaged rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, VRF, and controls. No residential work.

The role involves diagnosing and repairing equipment, preventive maintenance, documenting service, and communicating findings with customers, with a team-oriented, safety-focused culture and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service, repair, and maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Work On

You’ll service and maintain a wide variety of commercial HVAC equipment, including:

• Packaged rooftop units
• Split systems
• Heat pumps
• Commercial refrigeration equipment
• VAV systems
• VRF systems
• Controls and other commercial HVAC equipment

No residential work.

Our customers include:

• Manufacturing facilities
• Distribution centers

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment.

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

• $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
