Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Sr HVAC Technician to be the primary service and maintenance contact for customers in a defined market, performing commissioning, troubleshooting, and startup of HVAC systems in commercial environments.

You will work on-site at customer locations, coordinate with project teams, use blueprints and software tools, and mentor teammates while upholding safety standards and delivering customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 10+ years HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end testing, downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
• Direct customer contact and service of equipment at customer locations.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs.
• Use blueprints/engineering specs and tools to diagnose and repair units.
• Enforce safety standards and manage company assets on site.
• Mentor team members.
• Be flexible to overtime and occasional overnight stays.
